  My GOOD GOOD friend is buried here and it's just a clean peaceful well. maintained place that I really enjoy going to.

  I had a very negative experience with Gate of Heaven and their staff over a period of many months. We had my father buried here in February 2016 and had to stay on top of the process the entire time, correcting mistakes in how they spelled his name, mistakes with the contract and last minute changes to the ceremony to have ashes buried. They never followed up on issues and I had to continually call them every step of the burial and placement of the memorial stone. That being said, they never hesitated to try and push the most expensive items. When it came to approving and installing my father's memorial stone, they dragged their heels for months. The design was submitted to them for approval by the monument company in October 2016 and they did not approve it until January 2017! It takes 5 minutes to approve. No reason was given for the delay. Meanwhile, between October and January, I had to call them on a weekly basis to ask for a status update. Finally, when they approved it in January, I asked that it please be installed by February 7th, the anniversary of my father's passing. They said "we will try." It is now February 10th and still no memorial stone for my father's resting site. And when I go there in person I find they often close the office 5-10 minutes early, making the hour-long trip from work a complete waste. It is clear they don't have any sense of how they are negatively impacting the grieving families of people who have passed. Their lack of professionalism is really shocking. I wish I had other Catholic cemetery options in the area.

  FRAUD. My mother spent a small fortune on a double plot in 2012. I have been calling the cemetery for the past 9 days about a burial at the plot, and no one ever calls me back. Absolutely shameful. They take your money and don't care.
